About Paul:

Paul Duerr is currently a 21-year-old author based in Hawthorne, New Jersey, as well as a historian and presenter. He has written and published a total of eight books, including seven historical fiction titles and one political science title. He conducts public U.S. History presentations and received the 1st Place Student Recognition Award for the seven northern counties of New Jersey by the New Jersey Council for the Social Studies in May of 2022. In early 2026, he was appointed to the Passaic County Open Space, Farmland, and Historic Preservation Trust Fund Advisory Committee, which advises the government of Passaic County on the dispersion of grant money for preservation projects throughout the 16 municipalities of Passaic County. He is currently attending Rutgers University-New Brunswick as a history and political science double major.
